This simple Double storey lifter RPL-3000 is very easy to assemble. There are four parts to assemble for double-storey installation. Connect the double-storey frame to the single-storey frame through the quick connectors. Then assemble the pulley holder on top. Run the wire rope by operating the motor. Rise it to the double-storey level. strap the panel lifter to the roof securely. Place the panels. The maximum lifting weight recommended is 110 kg. the speed for the panels to reach 6.8 metres in height is 43 seconds. so in 43 seconds, you will be lifting 5 panels. That is much quicker than carrying each panel on the shoulder or lifting it with a rope.

This video is taken to show you how you can easily lift panels up to a height of 8.7 metres on top of the roof. It takes one minute to travel and reach a height of 8.5 metres.  That means you can carry 5 panels in one minute. We have designed this height for small commercial properties, where the system size is normally 30 kw, which is around 70-80 panels. Imagine lifting these many panels on the shoulder. The basket is designed in such a way that you can adjust the height up to 400mm according to your reach to pull the panels.

A very powerful Motor with hoist having a maximum lifting capacity of 300kgs is used. The 4mm diameter wire rope of length 18 metres is capable of lifting panels up to a height of 8.5 metres. An upstanding bracket is specially designed for transportation ease and it also has a mounting attachment to the frame. A very quick fit with two lock pins will hold the motor to the frame.

The blue attachment is called a pulley holder. It is a common part of all the operations. be it a single-storey, double-storey or commercial-height storey panel lifting. As shown in the video, it has to be mounted so that the wire rope can be slid onto it and then connected back to the basket slider.

This video shows how to mount the motor to the base frame. It is an easy process. Just insert the top clamps and put the lock pins at the bottom as shown. to remove the motor from the frame just do the opposite. Also shown how to gather and keep the cables and pins with the motor during transport. It is as simple as that.

After installation of the motor, Pulley holder and basket. The basket is specially designed and the dimensions are 1000mm high and 800mm wide. These dimensions are perfect to carry panels of length to 1900mm.  The basket has an anti-slip rubber sole at the base. The basket is just a click-and-fit type. just sit in the slots at the top and screw them at the bottom. Make the single-storey stand towards the roof and tie it securely with a strap to the roof guard. The feet of the lifter are so designed that they can make the lifter stand upright even at an angled ground.

Another option is to make the frame stand on the roof where you want to install the panels and then mount the motor and the basket. With the help of the rope lift up the wire rope slide in the pulley pull it down and lock in the basket slider. This option is better when there are fewer people working.

The height of the Single storey frame is 3300mm and for double storey is 6600mm. and the extra basket reaches above the height is 400mm. The best part of the RPL 3000 lifter is that the basket has a reach of 400mm more than the lifter height. This allows the roofer to adjust the height of the basket and lift the panels securely and comfortably without hurting or bending their backs.

 The basket base where the panels are stored is having a anti slip rubber sole. This will prevent the panels from slipping and sliding while removal. The basket also has the quick release strap stapled to it. This will prevent the panels from sliding sidewards and falling over during transportation to the roof.
